Damages:
*Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bend and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
*Single stone or two stone missing or fallen as well single pearl or two pearl missing on shipment there was not acceptable for replacement.
*Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
